That there top photo is a spread of one Boba Fett’s uniform. Initially based off an early Darth Vader design by Ralph McQuarrie it was further honed by the former with assistance by Joe Johnston who went on to complete the finished concept. The design was then shipped to England to be constructed. The final color assembly and paint job was by Johnston himself.
Boba Fett’s signature poncho was modeled off “Blondie” from Sergio Leone’s “Dollars” trilogy.
